It is no longer necessary to walk the 1/4 mile to the Water Golf on City Island.  This is a challenging course with nice landscaping and incredible views of the Susquehanna River and occasionally the Pride of the Susquehanna--an old paddle wheel sight-seeing boat.  Our last trip there our foursome had scores
ranging from 1 under par to 4 over.  It can be quite busy on weekends although we went early in the day this last time, and there was no waiting.
