This course is a run of the mill course that doesn’t go out of its way to be anything spectacular, but is clean (including the water which was thankfully not “tidy-bowl blue”), well laid-out and overall a nice course to play. The course seemed to be going through some early-season renovations while we were there, but that didn’t detract from the overall play. This is a good championship style course, but the holes are standard fair.
The only issue we had with the course itself was one hole where it looks like you might be able to putt it in the water and have it come out on the green, but there are no signs to that effect and everyone we watched try it had the ball come to a stop still in the water. The other negatives we had for the course were minor and were: the scorecard was generic (no pars, no course information or rules); they didn’t have a place to pick your own color ball; and the price was the course was too expensive. This did not compared to other $7 or $8 dollar courses we’ve played in the past couple of years.
Overall, the course is worth playing, but don’t expect anything overwhelming here. It would be a great course for a tournament, but might not be that exciting for people looking for a place to play with friends. There is a lot of other stuff to do at the complex as well, which may bring you back to the course again.
