Given the land values around the North Shore of
Massachusetts, and lack of family fun activities outdoors, it is remarkable
that the owners decided to build a mini golf and home made ice cream business.
The price is justified. Two other courses in Peabody have closed due to land taxes etc. Therefore-to complain about this course given
the natural beauty that surrounds, great locally made
ice cream sold, picnic benches and tall willow trees and great landscaping--is
unwarranted given
the absolute madness of
over-development all over the North Shore. The course is perfect. It won't frustrate
players at any age--unless you are a purist and want a competitive course. If
you do--well—don’t go here. This is pure fun and family oriented.
Drawback: no credit
cards-cash only. No ATM--but plenty nearby.
Easy to find and worth the drive from Boston or any
other locale. Route 1A north from
Boston past Suffolk
Downs Race Track-then to Rt 107-then Off Route 107 between Salem
and Lynn Massachusetts. The Swampscott Road is at
junction of 107 turn at new Irving
gas station complex.
