This course is part of a chain of bar minigolf and is located near the famous canal section of Copenhagen. It is only about a 15 minute walk from Central Station and it is situated in a little courtyard that has a pool hall and some other bar establishments. While its sister course across town has 16 holes, this location only has 14 but similar to that location the holes are built up elevated a couple of inches from the ground.  Given the elevation and how some of them are in rooms or against walls, it can make for a few weird putting positions. They also have wooden rails that provide very little bounce off them, so don’t expect a ton of easy rebound shots.  We also used the course putter (rubber head) and course ball (brick-like), which provides for some different speeds and control than you would see in the states with their lighter, more bouncy course balls.

This course has a mix of “traditional” minigolf holes and more gimmick, reward type holes.  Two of the holes your score is dependent on which box your ball ends up in and there are two holes that are digital projection holes that provide a different tee box and “cup” each time you step up to the lane. Those were a fun little change of pace though we quickly found some of the drawbacks with the tracking where you could/could not stand on a second putt that would get in the way of the projection. The gimmick holes could really mess up your score if you got it in the wrong box but otherwise the course played true and was on the more difficult side even for a bunch of us seasoned pros (though likely a situation where we would have done much better with our own gear).

There isn’t a lot of space between some of the lanes on this course and it felt like at times we were always on top of a group as we moved between positions even though it wasn’t crowded when we went.  However, there seemed to be a good amount of places to keep your bags and coats while you played and there are a couple bars scattered about that will keep you in food and drink while you wait. Either Camping location is worth the play while in Copenhagen but visit this one if you want a bit more creative experience.
